The resource center is another invaluable feature of Sparkpeople.com. It has four main categories: Nutrition, Fitness, Motivation and Health and Wellness. Under nutrition there are healthy recipes, articles on healthy eating, and even a serving size conversion calculator among other things. The fitness section has exercise demonstrations and videos.
